Are consultations complimentary?
Yes. All consultations are complimentary and include a comprehensive skin assessment supported by our advanced 3D Skin Analysis technology.
How should I arrive for my consultation?
We encourage guests to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face for the most accurate results. If you are wearing makeup, we can still conduct the assessment.
What types of services do you offer?
We offer an elevated menu of facials, injectables, advanced laser treatments, RF and HIFU technologies, chemical peels, and semi-permanent makeup.
What do services start at?
Pricing varies by treatment. Our facials and laser services start at $380.
What is the average downtime for treatments?
Most of our treatments deliver instant results with no pain and no downtime. Only our fractional resurfacing services, including CO₂ and microneedling, involve a brief recovery period.
How do you accept payment?
We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. 30 Hazelton is a fully cashless Med Spa.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes, rescheduling, or cancellations. Cancellations made with fewer than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment, or cancel on the same day will be charged the full value of the scheduled service. This ensures fairness and supports our ability to provide consistent availability for all clients.
All treatments, services, packages, products, and memberships are final sale and are non-refundable. Payments and deposits may not be transferred to another individual. This policy allows us to serve all clients with care, fairness, and consideration. Thank you for respecting our time, our team, and our commitment to exceptional service.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome; however, as our schedule is primarily appointment-based, availability may be limited.
Do you have parking?
While we do not offer dedicated parking, convenient options are nearby, including the Yorkville Green P parking garage and surrounding street parking.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. We offer physical gift cards in-spa and digital gift cards through our online booking system. They can be loaded with any amount you choose.
